Sometimes it’s necessary to take a break from all the opportunities the city of Amsterdam offers. A wonderful spot to do so (and a personal favourite) is Bluebirds: a perfect to place to unwind from your daily hassle.
Bluebirds offers a wide variety of ways to take it ‘easy’ for a bit. Different styles of yoga, a unique ‘superlesson’ which combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Pilates and yoga and their certified Body Stress Release sessions. Especially the ‘superlesson’ is a thing I enjoy. In 90 minutes, you go from a full body workout to full relaxation: a great and rewarding feeling.
Even better is the warm atmosphere at Bluebirds. There’s always time for some tea (if available, have some of their great homemade overnight oats). So, if you are around for a few days and looking for the opportunity to work out in between your other activities, this is the place to be.
