Frank’s Smoke House is about one thing: smoky goodness. All their products are handcrafted and artisanally smoked, which gives an amazing result. Their assortment varies from all kinds of fish, shellfish and crustaceans to several types of meat and poultry: they smoke nearly everything in their small shop not too far from the Central Station. All fresh and only the best products, just like it should be. Not in town or a little lazy? They’ve got a webshop with delivery as well.
My personal favorite is definitely their smoked mussels. While to be honest, I’m not really a mussels kinda guy, these smoked mussels are probably the one exception. Nevertheless, I’m also very fond of their smoked chicken (which is basically just amazing smoked chicken, nothing more, nothing less) and their smoked butter. Smoked butter? Yep – give it a go.
Simply said: after you’ve had Frank’s, you don’t want anything anymore. And the good news: word got out that Frank has opened a restaurant, after a successful crowdfunding rally, right around the corner!
