Ysabel Jongeneelen (1975)
About me:
Antwerp is the decor of my life. 99% of the things that happened to me since the day i was born (in 1975) happened here in this city. Most of my memories belong to this little and beautiful Antwerp.
When I was a kid I played on the grass in the stadspark. I cried on the Groenplaats when my first boyfriend dumped me. In six of the thirteen places where I lived I could see the cathedral from my window… I wouldn’t be myself if I lived somewhere else.
In daily life I work as a social worker with foster kids (It’s heavy). I have a little son (also heavy) and a wonderful husband (less heavy). In my free time I write on my weblog or I’m outside shooting pictures. Words and images fascinate me.
I like to travel. I like to travel in cars. Passing through is my kind of vacation…
