Praxitelous is a street located in the commercial triangle of Athens. More in the old days, but even now, the street is filled with lamp stores. Praxitelous bar is located between those stores, maybe kind of hard to spot it at once.

What I particularly liked at first sight about Praxitelous was its wallpaper and the neon sign on it – really tried to copy this decoration in my living room, didn’t work out…

Praxitelous is a small place, located in a 1930’s building. Its wooden bar and the really polite and friendly people behind it, create a very cosy atmosphere. With clean drinks that only cost € 6 and nice cocktails, Praxitelous is one of the favorites of the city. With music that ranges between funk, dub and indie, depending on the day, a night can play out as a go-out-for-a-catch-up with friends, or a crazy dancing night.
