Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
I am someone who likes to go out every night and experience what the city has to offer every day. I teach ashtanga yoga and I love traveling. I like seeing concerts and enjoying the many festivals Belgium holds in the summer.

How do you like being a Spotter?
I absolutely like being a Spotter. I enjoy walking around looking for nice spots and taking my photographer with me. We always have a great day taking pictures of interesting places. I also like the fact that tourists can get to know a city by the people who live there and be part of it instantly.

Why Brussels? What is a must when you’re visiting, what is not?
Brussels should be experienced in total. The museums, the bars, restaurants, night life, the parks, the various neighborhoods, the busy and the not so busy days. People should definitely visit the center, the south side and Shaarbeek. I can’t think of places that are of no interest in Brussels.

What is the most popular neighborhood to live in at this moment?
I think at the moment Elsene and Saint Gilles are the most popular places to live. There are various great bars, good restaurants, nice swimming pools, funny people and in general the pace is quiet and at the same time there is plenty to do.

Can you describe a perfect day in your city?
A perfect day would be to have breakfast at the Vossenmarkt, walk to place Rouppe, head to the Warandepark, check out the Magritte museum, walk back to the center, go for a drink at Archipel, walk to place Sainte Catherine, have dinner at Le lotus bleu, see a concert at sounds jazz club (tulpstraat 28, elsene) and head home or stay for more fun times at one of the many nice bars…
