Speaking at WTM London

I was very happy to be invited to speak at this week’s World Travel Market London (the travel industry’s leading travel conference) by Nick Hall, the founder of Digital Tourism Think Tank (DTTT).

On the global stage (500 people – my biggest crowd after the The Economist event I think!) Simon Lewis (founder TCS), Ross Borden (founder Matador Network), Robert Wells (Evaneos) and I talked about “how to build a content dream team”. My favorite subject :)

In my presentation (just 7 minutes…) I talked about why we started Spotted by Locals, the value of local travel content and how we “manage” our community of 400 bloggers in 67 cities.
