Last week I was at WTM London, invited by the very nice people of Travel Perspective. I had the opportunity to do a short presentation about my one of my favorite subjects: social media. I tried to explain involving locals in the social media strategy is a great idea for tourist boards!
After that, I was in a very interesting panel discussion with some very knowledgeable people about this subject: Enrique Ruiz de Lera (Marketing Director of the Spanish Tourist Board), Sarah Rathbone (MD of Siren Communications) and writer & social media consultant Mark Henshall.
