Parcafe is a Mediterranean restaurant and many of my friends have been saying that they serve the best paella in the city. I went to the place in the summer to celebrate my birthday, though I didn’t try the paella. I had grilled tiger prawns in a white wine sauce as a starter, followed by a grilled tuna steak on black spaghetti with a creamy sauce. Both choices were absolutely stunning and I will certainly return to this restaurant more often because of that.
The menu consists of starters like cold and hot tapas (wide range), soups, salads, paella and pasta, fish and meat section and desserts. They have my fav dessert – chocolate fondant, but my starter and main dish were quite filling so I had to leave it for the next time. I will also go for paella then to see if it really is the best one.
The location isn’t great though, as it is ‘hidden’ on a very quiet street at Kramare (part of Bratislava). The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice thanks to the qualified staff members and Spanish music. It is quite rare to find a Mediterranean restaurant in Bratislava, and this one is absolutely worth trying.
