Fadel – Best Lebanese pastry in Bucharest

I am truly in love with sweets and I will often recommend pastry shops and candy shops in Bucharest. “Fadel” is by far at the top of any list; I am as subjective as one can be.

Abbas Fadel opened a Lebanese pastry shop more than 14 years ago, in the centre of Bucharest. At Fadel’s, it is easy to find over 30 types of sweets which will sweeten anybody’s heart. It is an easy way to make yourself be remembered fondly if you need to pay someone a visit and you don’t want to go empty-handed. Buy a few sweets from Fadel and I’m sure that everybody will remember you.

Abbas Fadel is the owner of the pastry shop and still very much involved in the business. You can meet him on a daily basis right there in the shop. He believes that the other pastry shops which have gone bankrupt, did so because they had no soul. He is a wonderful salesman and I promise you that he will also give you something for free… this is another reason for me to go there as often as possible. 😉

Fadel has refurbished his pastry shop and now the counter is on your right as you enter and looks better and very appealing. On average you’ll be spending around € 10/person.
