This is the story of two former chefs who decided to to open their street food restaurant in the heart of Budapest. They use their knowledge for the best: providing people with food that can be eaten on the go, and working with the idea that gourmet food is for everyone. And when the Bors guys mean gourmet, they not only mean interesting ingredients that you wouldn’t use at home, but also the freshest and the best ones to make their soups, sandwiches and pastas.
For example, let’s take the paprika soup with crunchy onion and fried and fried sausage: a soup that takes Hungarian cuisine’s basics and twist them to make a modern and exquisite dish out of it. The Bors guys are also inspired by oriental spices and popular culture, which translates into a chicken ragout soup called Bollywood and a cold, sweet Bounty soup – with coconut, of course!
What’s also really nice is that the Bors team (consisting of various handsome guys) not only works together really well, but they also pay attention to their customers.
So, good food, good people – could it be any more amazing?
