That’s true, cidergyerek, but by and large that’s the sorry state of the country. You’re hard pressed to get any sort of cider around here, really (even though Strongbow seems to have made a deliberate effort to push its product relatively recently – at least that’s what I’ve seen in the west of the country). At Szimpla, at least you can get SOMETHING.

there is no real cider portfolio there, you can only get one of the worsts… no Kopparberg for example which is quite a problem

This might not be the best-looking underpass in Budapest, but this one is the oldest and the first one: it has been bulit in 1874, 3 years before the “new” building of Nyugati Railway Station. Its primary function was to connect the market near Lehel Square (there has been alwys a market where the spaceship-like building of Lehel Téri Piac stands) with the other side of the rails (the nearby Ferdinánd Bridge was built in the same year but it was not available to pedestrian traffic, AFAIK).

Hey Esna, actually I don’t think Tisza has foreign sales. It’s really a shame but I checked on their website and they don’t showcase anything else than their shops in Hungary… Seems like you’ll have to wait a little bit till you get there! Have fun with your new pair of Tiszas Hélène
