Keksz (biscuit) is quite a new, trendy bistro very well located in the 7th district at Madách square, just at the entrance of our “party district”. When David and Tamás decided to open this place, they knew it would be a ‘multi-functional’ spot: you can enjoy a cup of coffee surrounded by friends, have a proper meal or start your pub tour here.
The place is middle sized, maybe seating for 70 – 80, designed with vintage tile flooring and modern paintings on the wall; they kept the furniture just simple, which makes the whole place cozy and friendly. The two huge windows keep the place bright and you can still sit at the outside terrace as well.
Staff is friendly and fast, the food offer is surprising and delicious: you can have breakfast, daily lunch menu and of course dinner as well. The portions are big and the prices are really modest. I really like that there is an option to select fruits/vegetables for your salad.
Bite into Keksz, you will enjoy it!
