I love those places that had just been dreams of young people for months or ages, but then came to life with loads of work and ideas. Zoska was the dream of two girls who had worked in catering before, but wanted to create their own little world.
The girls created a cosy, slightly dreamy place with a hint of the French countryside, and they selected every little detail themselves.
The basic concept is to offer breakfast all day, as it is the most important meal, so we can eat cereals, classic breakfast menus, sandwiches, eggs, American pancakes and salads all day. They have tasty combinations like a sandwich with Brie cheese and cranberry jam or with blue cheese and beetroot, so they’re really worth a try!
They have a wall where everybody can leave a message for them and a bookshelf with lots of books to read (although they are mostly in Hungarian).
My personal favourite is French toast with sour cream and veggies with a tea in a cup that could’ve come from my grandma’s cabinet. After these my day always starts better!
