Eat Today Tapas has the best tapas I have tried outside of Spain – plain and simple. You can eat in this little, cozy restaurant or you can do what I really enjoy doing: Buy a mix of everything and a beer – they go hand in hand.
They don’t discriminate; every dish costs the same when you mix the different tapas. The service is excellent. And the energy in the kitchen is so positive, you feel pumped up walking out of there.
This is the best and most simple priced tapas you can get in Copenhagen. If you go anywhere else, they will charge you more for shrimp, a piece of meat or something else, that will keep you from trying the really good stuff.
Oh, and they have beer from Nørrebro Bryghus, my all-time favourite.
This is the perfect place to get warm after you have done the Copenhagen thing and walked all around the lakes, covered in layers and a coffee in hand.
