I would describe the front of Cafe en Seine as a nice retro entrance, which doesn’t really suggest its large size on the inside.
What I like about this pub is that it is almost like a museum – full of art and with some huge sculptures! There are also some very nice lamps all over the place. It is very impressive. I brought my father to this place when he came to visit for a weekend and he couldn’t believe how nice the place was, he loved it.
Some people would go in only to see it, maybe take some pictures and leave without having a drink. It is so nice that some people believe it may be more expensive than the usual, which is not the case!
The dance floor on the back of the pub is big enough and a great place to dance to the hits the DJ is playing.
Drink prices are the usual for Dublin City Centre, about 6€ a pint.
Whiskey prices can go very high depending on which one you like.
Sometimes Cafe en Seine hosts wine tasting events, if you’re interested you may be able to find more information on their website.
I hope you’ll love this place as much as I and my father do 🙂
