This is one of the newest and coolest bars I’ve found in Dublin, it has a New York vibe and there usually is a saxophone or drummer playing alongside a DJ who is great and plays music in a different way that you may be used to – he does mashups! I wish he always did mashups, however this doesn’t happen every night.
I love mashups, which means that the song doesn’t play fully, but instead there is many songs playing for about 30 to 40 seconds each, so you only listen to the best part of each song and the transition between songs is seamless!
If you are like me, always changing to the next song when listening to music, you will also love this place 🙂
When I entered the first time it was busy and I thought the area I entered into was the whole bar, until I went to the back of that part and noticed that it was so much longer than I thought, the second floor is also huge and has a great outdoors area.
If you are hungry, they have a proper pizza oven. Not the cheapest pizza in town, but a great venue to enjoy it.
The location is also very good, quite close to most bus routes.
