Coco Chocolatier – Artisan chocolate

Coco Chocolatier, without any doubt is one of Edinburgh’s most unique chocolate shops. The artisan chocolatier was established back in the days of 2004 and has developed ever since.

Now, with two cosy shops at Bruntsfield Place and Stockbridge they also offer drinking chocolate, chocolate tastings and luckily for all the chocolate lovers out there – chocolate making classes where one can get an insight and learn the history as well as the process of making delicious chocolate starting from the cocoa beans.

Coco’s chocolates are organic and ethically traded and carefully wrapped in beautiful, colourful packaging that makes the chocolate bar seem like artwork and even more unique. The boutiques offer the most interesting and even some obscure sounding flavours for chocolate fanatics; the variety of flavours reached from strawberry and mint white to gin and tonic, earl grey and bergamot dark to haggis spice and hazelnut and Isle of Skye sea salt.

I am sure you will not leave Coco empty handed, because even if you will not find something for yourself, it is almost guaranteed you will find some goods for your loved ones. The Coco Chocolatier is happily working with everyone who has a new idea for tasty and unusual flavours to develop and expand their already huge offer of artisan chocolate.
