This juice bar saved me several times during my years at university, when I was too late to eat at the canteen, or just too hungry in the afternoon to stay focused on what the professor was saying.
Love Life offers simple but tasty menu options with fresh vegetables and fruit. I’m not that keen on juices or smoothies, but theirs are creative, tasty and refreshing!! I’m also quite an enthusiast for their yogurts and lunch boxes.
The key of success for this little shop is that every meal is custom-made, you can mix and match every ingredient you want. So, welcome to my life; spelt salad with feta, olives and tomatoes seasoned with balsamic vinegar of Modena! And welcome 17:00 yogurt with cereal, strawberries and chocolate! You can also find a great vegetable quiche, creamed vegetables, a not-that-bad ribollita (very Tuscan dish) and a few desserts such as muffins or chopped fruit ready to be eaten.
You can find Love Life in two different spots: Via dell’Oriuolo and Piazza Spadolini. The greatest advantages of eating here (besides the healthy food) are the free Wi-Fi and the take-away option, which is something dreadful according to most Italians, I know, but essential when you are running late for a lesson. Love Life is a great option for a busy day without renouncing a good meal, even for celiacs and vegans!
