You have probably realized by now that I like to spot different events on specific days of the week. Chez Ima is always a good choice for coffee or dinner, but since I have missed live music in restaurants in Frankfurt, I am excited about their jazz events on Friday nights!

Chez Ima came up with this beautiful concept of dinner under the sound of live jazz music. There is a different artist performing almost every Friday and I usually check their website in order to listen to the work of the artists and decide on which Friday to book. That said, I would highly recommend booking in advance as their event is very popular among Frankfurters.

You can find the restaurant in the Levi’s hotel in the area near the central train station, which is in my view very upcoming and hip these days. Imagine sitting in a small dining hall, which is characterized by its industrial and pop character, dining with friends or your significant other and listening to excellent performances. As I really enjoy good food, I would never recommend this place if their dishes were not equally as good as the atmosphere; you can expect well prepared international comfort food like juicy burgers and American style fries.

All in all, I believe that Chez Ima is exceptional for the warm and friendly atmosphere that is created from the service, the music and the food.
