Pastalovers, prepare yourselves for this new pastabar!
My favorite food is pasta so when this small restaurant opened its doors a couple of months ago I had to try it. The name alone sounds inviting: Pasta La Vista.
It started with a food truck, but then the owner decided to open a little pasta bar. It’s not really a restaurant, but rather more like a bar. First, you choose which pasta you want (4 choices) and then which sauce (14 sauces!) and the toppings. Ecology and fair trade are their biggest values.
The restaurant is very small and cosy, with a retro/industrial interior. The actual plates you’ll be eating out of were made especially for them and each one has a quote on it. All this with some ’70s and ’80s music in the background.
Don’t have much time? You can also take away. The prices are reasonable, since it’s more of a bar than a restaurant. This place is more geared towards students, but it is located just between the city center and student neighborhood.
