Earning its reputation in just a few years, Bread Meats Bread is one of the most popular burger places in Glasgow City Centre. It is a teeny tiny spot squeezed in a corner of St. Vincent Street, and it’s always, ALWAYS busy.
Now, this is both good and bad news: the bad news is that at Bread Meats Bread for obvious logistic reasons bookings are not accepted (I know it sucks, but when you’ll see the inside of the place I’m sure you are going to understand); the good one is that these guys are the absolute best, and I guarantee that your meal will be totally, perfectly awesome!
Starting from the menu, everything at Bread Meats Bread is carefully designed to make your mouth water: food comes out of the kitchen faster than a cannonball, and you can measure how much the customers are liking it just by looking inside from the transparent glass windows of the restaurant.
Going back to the ‘burgers’ topic, I have to say that all the combinations are worth a bite, but my two favourites are the Black N’Blue, a delicious mix of blue cheese, mushrooms & onions, and the fierce Wolf of St.Vincent Street. Trust me, for this one, you don’t need to know the ingredients.
One last piece of advice: always, ALWAYS get the Raspoutine!
