This is a great recommendation. As a Glaswegian myself I would also recommend a visit to this cinema. You can sit with a glass of wine and watch a film - very civilised ! or go to a mother and baby screening or children's film. You can find lots of places to eat nearby or go to the restaurant that is attached to the cinema. The cinema is in Ashton Lane just off Byres Road and is the heart of Glasgow's great vibrant West End.

I love that one! I found it very fresh and full of ideas last time when I visited Glasgow two years ago. And there was no digital stuff which is just driving me mad every time when I visit some "modern art" exhibitions in other galleries! : )
