Meat lovers and carnivores of the world, listen up! I am about to tell you everything about an incredible restaurant: the Butchershop Bar and Grill.
This award-winning gem is located in the West End of the city, just a few minutes away from Kelvingrove Art Gallery, and I have to say that if I had to choose to visit one of the two, I wouldn’t be able to resist the temptation: Butchershops’ mouth-watering menu is just too much to handle!
Starting from the sophisticated flavours of the appetizers, that offer both seafood and meat options, every dish on the menu is well thought out and made with high-quality produce: all beef comes from 100% locally supplied Scotch Black Angus or Limousin, which is fed and dry-aged for up to 45 days. All cuts are obviously delicious, but to the real connoisseurs I recommend trying one of the four Cuts On The Bone, the crème de la crème.
The only thing left to say is head over to the Butchershop and try it yourself, but don’t forget to book a table in advance. The place is always very busy!
