My favorite spot in Istanbul for dining, wining, chilling, meeting, celebrating and dancing to the 80′s is definitely Leblon. Located in Asmalimescit Taksim, the most popular night-out district of Istanbul, Leblon is one of the coolest, coziest and most delicious spots to experience in Istanbul.
When you enter the historical building of Leblon, you can feel the warmth and the energy of Rio’s unique atmosphere: Brick walls, bare light bulbs, relaxing and warm white-yellow- green colors and simple wood tables and chairs.
Leblon’s creative and experimental menu will take you to a delightful and delicious tour around the Mediterranean Sea. 6 sishe on the marble with a choice of meet or sea food is highly recommended. Leblon also has a unique ‘Gourmet Room’ where you can order any cheese and cold meet that you choose from the black board and taste any wine you want.
For small gatherings you can also reserve the Gourmet Room and the chef will give you tips on different types of cheese and matching wines. Some great cocktails from Leblon’s bar that I would advise are Ipanema, Caipirinha, Lynchburg lemonade and Jinga.
When it comes to music, Brazilian and Latin sound during dinner hours are fallowed by the 1980′s and 90′s dance classics for those of you who want to dance till dawn! Leblon is a whole different world to experience with its creative menu, cozy atmosphere and great service!
