Located next to Şişhane metro station, Miss Pizza is one of my favorite pizzerias in Istanbul. It has another branch in Cihangir and is great for eating wood-fired pizza in good company in a relaxed atmosphere.
Deciding on which pizza to order may take some time as there are more than 30 choices. All of the pizzas are cooked in a brick oven. The thin crust is topped with fresh ingredients. Miss Pizza also serves antipasti, salads, desserts, local wine and cocktails.
I am a huge sucuk (Turkish pepperoni) fan so my favorite one is Mr. Pizza with black olives, veal ham and of course, sucuk. If you are not into meat, I recommend Pizza Pesto with pesto sauce, marinated zucchini, ricotta, cherry tomatoes and parmigiano. For sugar monsters, there is Pizza Honey with ricotta, honey and pine nuts. One of the best things about Miss Pizza is that you can find prosciutto pizzas if you crave pork.
Keep in mind that Miss Pizza offers delivery and may be a good choice after a tiring day or in bad weather. Buon appetito!
