The name says it all. It is all about fusion mixed with traditions in the very fancy center of Kiev. The cuisine is ran by a popular TV chef who knows how to mix the tastes and invent combinations.
If you are not fond of Asian food in general, like I am, you will still have a nice choice of dishes. The menu has everything: starters, soups, poultry and meat, seafood and fish, dim sums, shu mais and dumplings. Vegetarians are also welcome – part of the menu is dedicated to you.
Going there for dinner, you should book a table – the place is full on Friday nights and weekends. There is a bar here, and parties with dj-sets and dances on high heels is normal. The cocktails are part of the agenda, even if your usual choice is a glass of red wine.
My recommendation is the warm veal salad and grilled tofu – the full taste and the size of the dishes will make a good impression on you.
