If you’re the kind of person who thinks that it’s impossible to appease one’s hunger without meat, you need to go to Green Way. I think that I don’t have to convince vegetarians to visit this kind of bar. Green Way on Krupnicza street opened at the end of September 2013 (before, there was a different vegetarian bar, so everything “stays in the veg family”) but inside everything is still new and fresh – decorations, lights and the general look is very positive.
This bar is a great idea for a lunch, breakfast, supper…whatever you want, you can even order tea and cake. I like that the menu isn’t too big, however it is still not so easy to choose what to eat – for lunch you can order soup for PLN 5.50 (every day there are two soups to choose from) or some main dish, most of them are with some Italian or Asian/Indian influence. Portions are generous so don’t order too much at the beginning, remember – later you can always ask for more ;-).
And something that will interest not only students but also people who don’t like to overpay – in the so called “zone of low prices” everyday there is one dish available to order for only PLN 9.90.
This restaurant is located not far from Bagatela Theater but if you prefer a location closer to the Main Market there is another restaurant on Mikołajska street, 14 (both places are part of the chain “Green Way” restaurants).
