My husband and I happen to be seafood connoisseurs and will most likely have some kind of fish or shellfish somewhere on our plates throughout the day. The Wright Brothers happens to be our special treat to when we really want to splurge on the seafood experience. It is, in fact, a small chain of family own restaurants only owned and operated in London. It is not a typical chain as each restaurant has its own flavours and specialties that it serves daily. The Wright Brothers’ fish & oysters are sustainably caught in the U.K. so you’re sure to only get the freshest catch of the day.
One thing that they all have in common though is absolutely delicious oysters. Each oyster is dressed differently with a unique medley of flavour: from Asian-inspired with ginger and wasabi, to a Spanish infusion with hot chorizo. What I particularly find charming about the restaurant is its intimate rustic setting bustling with a pub-like atmosphere. They change the menu daily so even if you’re not a fan of oysters, do try anything (and everything) on the menu as they, are certainly seafood experts. A fair warning though, the place is pricey but certainly worth the treat!
