As you may have noticed, I’ve written a number of articles about spots around my local area, Tottenham. This place is maybe as local as it can get for me, making it a go-to place for a quick coffee or leisurely weekend brunch. Tri Prana is a café by day but doubles as a yoga studio by night. I’ll confess that I’m much more into brunch than yoga, but the calm, cosy atmosphere would lend itself to both (I would imagine).
This place is tiny, with a nicely decorated interior and all-round relaxing vibes. They serve a delicious range of food for all dietary requirements – veggies, vegans, dairy- and gluten-free are all more than welcome here. My highlights include the healthy breakfasts bursting with quality fresh ingredients and the rich hot chocolate. This café is proud to promote positivity of body and mind and I have to say spending half an hour there with something delicious to eat does just that.
