Rose Bowl Flea Market – The biggest fun flea market

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure!

And believe me, at the Rose Bowl Flea Market a lot of treasures can be found. Everything from antiques, to vintage clothing, furniture of all decades, art and design, books and comics, jewelry and lots of random decorative items.

The flea market is only once a month, on every second Sunday of the month from 09:00 to 15:00 and there is a cost of $ 9 to get in. But it’s totally worth it and I am sure you won’t leave empty handed and without any bargain.

It’s one of the biggest flea markets I know of, with lots of rows of professional and private vendors.

Be sure to bring a lot of time and wear comfortable shoes, because it takes hours of walking to get through all of it. There is no shade and during a warm sunny day it can get extremely hot, so do not forget your hat, sunscreen and lots of water. In the winter/ springtime it’s good to wear layers, as the weather switches easily from cold to warm. Also bring lots of cash and shopping bags for all your new possessions.

I always like to go there a little later in the day, from noon till 15:00. Parking is much better and the best-priced deals can be found later in the afternoon. About 30 minutes before all vendors start packing up their things, they start to lower their prices in order to make last minute sales.

Make sure to bargain and have fun!
