This cute little bar serves one of the best set lunch menus I’ve ever had in Madrid. They serve a three course meal for only € 10.50, which is beautifully presented, creative and delicious. It’s also a perfect amount of food – not too much or too little. The service is very good, friendly and helpful. The food is mainly traditional Spanish dishes, but with a modern twist. For dessert I recommend the tarte-tatin, which is their speciality – it’s mouth-wateringly good!
The atmosphere is chilled-out, and cosy. You can perch at the bar, or sit at the tables. They have more space through the back, with tables in a sort of covered interior patio. They always have interesting art on the walls to contemplate as you enjoy your meal.
It’s a fun place to go in the evenings too for a gin tonic, or other drink.
