Maybe the name of the restaurant itself is enough to make you wonder. It is also the trendiest place in my favorite neighborhood, Justicia, and it gets crowded easily, so don’t forget to make reservations in advance. The décor at Dry Martina is cool and minimalistic; everything is white and there are mirrors everywhere. There is a communal wooden table with lots of fashion magazines to enjoy and several small tables at the front which are perfect for a romantic candlelight dinner.
I have yet to try the main menu, but after work drinks or coffee with their wonderful desserts are my favorites at this original place. Don’t miss the ice cream mix called “Helado-maceta”: Vanilla ice cream is served in a flowerpot with peppermint, and small glasses on the side with candy, chocolate fudge and peanuts. It is as exotic as it sounds and is also big enough to share with more than 2 people. Is not the only dessert they offer, but is the most interesting one on the menu, although everything is originally presented, even fruit juices.
Note that because is open all day, you can try it for almost every meal. Or just for drinks at night. Either way, it’s a great option you do not want to miss.
