You could go to Peggy Sue’s dressed up as a Grease character and you would fit perfectly in the style of this place. The walls, the furniture, the music machines, the lamps… everything transports you to the typical American diners of the fifties, beginning with the special decoration and finishing with good classical rock & roll sounds. Indeed Peggy Sue’s is the name of a Buddy Holly’s song. As you can expect, you can find burgers (6-7 euros), sandwiches (from 5 euros), pizzas (5 euros), desserts such as brownie or carrot cake (4 euros)… all in generous amounts and well done. I recommend the Sandwich Club, for example. It’s big and tasty. The company Peggy Sue’s already has a bunch of restaurants in Madrid and is opening new restaurants all over Spain rapidly. I hope this doesn’t affect the quality that they had so far. Details about this spot (Show on map)
