Hyuro is an Argentinian artist born in 1974, who currently lives in Valencia and travels the world doing what she loves most in the world, painting. I would love to do that!
She started working on canvas and continued developing drawings and paintings. There is a group I follow called Madrid Street art Project, which organized this wall decoration. I also read this blog to stay updated with the Street art in Madrid.
On this wall, Hyuro talks about politics and surrealist sensibility, but agrees that part of the street art lies beyond the viewers’ ideas and concepts. She suggests a message about gender equality. I can see a woman and a man in what apparently seems a shaking hands act. Hyuro considers gender should be a wider and plural thought, not leaving any part of the society without its opinion.
You may observe more here, as all of her artwork is considered what we call street art guerrilla. I am a citizen who criticizes the system and creates a better world. Are you also like that?
