Taberna Los Angeles – New Twist on Cheese Fries

The Los Angeles Tavern is an all-around typical Spanish experience.

Known amongst my friends as the “cheese fries place” for the french fries drenched in cabrales cheese (a nice pungent blue cheese), the menu carries standard tapas and family-style platters full of jamón or chorizo for sharing.

Also featured is Asturian cider – the “natural” one is slightly bitter that your waiter will show you how to pour from great distances. Personally, I prefer the sweet cider, but anything goes well with cheese fries.
