Foro Shakespeare – Independent ’80s theater

Foro Shakespeare is a great space for lovers of the performing arts. From its beginnings, they have been dedicated this space to promoting and giving a voice to the independent theater in the city.

Foro Shakespeare, as an independent theater, subsists by selling tickets, so for that reason they take special care to offer plays of great quality so that the spectators will keep attending because they will trust in their curation.

In the main room the seats are tables, in the style of stands. They also give workshops on acting and improvisation, among others.

The space has existed since the eighties, and I like that due to its small space all the works acquire a nuance of intense closeness with the spectators. Yes, it is small, however when you enter you don’t notice any discomfort and the reduced space ends up being a quality.

The best are the prices and the curation; it is an unique spot. I love that I always feel revitalized in this space; I can guarantee that the programming obeys a strict quality that has endured its existence.
