Huerto Roma Verde is an urban garden that is so versatile you would never believe it. From selling your own organic cosmetics to summer courses or festivals – those are only some of the activities that you can find here.
I love the idea that this project exists in a city where green conscience is quite small (even though this is starting to change).
Huerto Roma Verde goes unnoticed in the middle of the city, perhaps making it even more charming. This garden is full of community life, that is, it also subsists by donations and the events that take place in it.
If I must choose, my favourite part about Huerto Roma Verde is “El Gatario” that could be translated as “a place for cats”. This is a space dedicated to the care and the protection of animals.
It’s a great place and a little lung in the middle of the city, a great proposal to improve and enrich our lives from the noblest source: the ground.
