L’Encanto de Lola in English means “Lola’s charm” and this name could not be closer to defining the whole vibe of this spot. I haven’t celebrated several of my birthdays here for nothing!
L’Encanto de Lola is literally charming. Kitsch and vintage elements and lots of color make this a fanciful and joyful space. The restaurant is spacious and bright and the terrace is the most welcoming, trust me.
The owner and mastermind behind L’Encanto de Lola is Candice Roterman and I think she’s a genius. Any of the desserts you might choose is edible happiness, but here the specialty of the house are the atypical tortas (a type of Mexican sandwich), such as vegetarian, prepared with mozzarella cheese, pesto, artichoke, arugula and black olives. All the bread they use is artisanal and homemade and this makes the local specialties stand out even more.
I love that they always have new stuff in the menu, but probably my favorite thing in this place is the garden: it is very beautiful and also a great place to bring your pets. L’Encanto de Lola is so beautiful that they have hosted several fashion photoshoots.
