I usually don’t trust franchising restaurants but since I have tried Il Pomodorino’s pizza, it became my favourite pizzeria.
Pizzas are baked as they use to in Naples: thin with huge and soft borders. They are not the cheapest, but I really think they are worth it.
Appetizers include the so called “O cuopp’” which in Naples means a wrap of paper full of deep fried vegetables, mozzarella, potatoes, etc.
The list of pizzas include also ones with not usual ingredients. My favorite is the Donna Adriana with artichoke cream, provola cheese and raw ham. Delicious! They also serve deep fried pizzas, which are very popular in Naples! Grilled vegetables were really special.
For desert I usually take Caprese cake (chocolate), which is one of the typical desserts in Campania. While walking around the tables I saw that also fish-dishes are really enticing, especially pasta with mussels.
The restaurant is very well decorated, modern and coloured and is perfect both for hanging out with friends or for a romantic dinner. Reservation is recommended.
