I know that as an Italian I shouldn’t say that, cause we are famous all over the world for our Mediterranean cuisine. But, I love exotic food, especially Thai. When I finish working I often stroll toward the city center just to relax a little bit. One day I was walking in Corso Garibaldi and my attention was captured by a little place with an intimate atmosphere.
The Artest Cafè is a Thai snack bar, a cosy restaurant where you can eat delicious Thai dishes. I recently went there with three friends and we had a really nice time. We ordered different things: I had an excellent shrimp soup, they ordered rice with spicy shrimps and a noodles dish with veggies and meat. Everything was very well presented and very tasty.
I took inspiration for my apartment looking at the table: the glasses have refined decorations, silverwear is shaped in a particular design and the white plates have an elegant outline… The place is small and all the decorations find their right place in creating a relaxed feeling, like a row of old cinema chairs and some antique mirrors.
The prices are ok and it’s better to be with only two or three people than a large group.
