The first reason I remember this shop is the price of a bottle of water at 50 cents, a price that you will never find anywhere in Milan, even in the hinterlands. Tiger is actually a narrow design shop, situated on two floors where foodstuffs occupy a small place in this original melting of design and food.
What joined them is the accurate choice of eco-materials for objects and organic-solutions for food, together with improbably low prices. Due to my habit of writing at any unexpected moment, I always bring a black notepad with me, it has white pages and a coloured elastic for closing, which I of course bought here. A four-piece pack for only € 1.
You can easily lose yourself among the shelves overloaded with any kind of curious and whimsical objects, like portable toothbrushes, small wooden games and nail repair- or tea-sets.
When all and nothing seems interesting, I can always find a bag with black pepper chips ready for an insatiable me, together with a bottle of fresh water.
