Brasserie Harricana – My favourite spot

The brasserie Harricana is a place to discover! It’s a great microbrewery that more and more people have got to know over the last months. I mainly go for their beers, but they serve meals every weekday and brunches on weekends. It looks a bit classy from the outside, but it is a spot where you can come as you are, whether you are up for a beer with friends, going on a date or having a business lunch. The waiters are very friendly and make you feel at ease. The beautiful wooden interior design adds to that.

When it comes to the beers, they are reasonably priced and a few are certainly worth discovering. My favourite is the Hopfendunkelweissbier, partly because that name puts you right in the mood (last time I went back, they ran out of this beer, but they told me they would have it again soon). If you are looking for a slightly more classy evening, you can check out the whiskeys and their private imports. The lamb is also delicious. For a late night snack, I recommend the club sandwiches: 2 for $18. They come with fries and a small salad.
