Noble Cafe – Tiny café in the Plateau

This small and charming local spot opened in 2015 and has quickly become a local favorite in the Plateau neighbourhood. Essentially it’s a takeout joint but when the weather is good, I like to enjoy my coffee outside at one of the tables.

This little café offers the usual range of coffee and teas that you’d find at a good coffee shop, everything from cappuccino to chai lattes. My favourite is the cortado: 3/4 espresso and 1/4 hot milk. It keeps me going for the day! They have a small selection of various delectable viennoiseries from the popular Arhoma boulangerie (croissants, chocolatines, danoises, etc). See my other post to know more about Arhoma. During summer, Noble also serves soft and hard ice cream from ‘Les Givres’.

It’s a great little spot to pick up your favourite caffeine fix to-go whether you’re running to work, hopping on the subway that’s just across the street or to sip as you take a stroll on lovely Laurier street. Enjoy!
