When I first encountered a Perelman People project (I Like Wine), I was surprised by how professional and friendly the restaurant atmosphere was. So when they recently opened a Fish & Seafood restaurant, I rushed to try it, and my intention was well-rewarded.
Ryba Moya (“My Fish”) is a big restaurant on the ground floor of the Four Winds business centre with a cozy (but small) outdoor terrace.
Like me, they are crazy about fish. And they definitely know how to properly select and cook it. For the best taste, they use wild fish, not farmed ones. Some of their grilled fish are made in a ‘Big Green Egg’, which creates the “home barbeque” aroma and feeling.
They have good oysters, scallops, shrimps, etc, all very tasty. You can choose some fresh fish laid on ice at the entrance, or ask the waiter for the recent catch.
The 1/4 octopus in tomato sauce is magnificent, as well as the salmon & cod pate. For the desserts, you have to try their signature “Golden Fish” and Pistachio lime tart.
The wine list is pretty good, as well as the bar menu.
