It’s a simple, but true formula: shopping + clothes = happiness. You don’t have to be a mathematician to understand this and fashion magazines will approve this, too. And the name of one store in Munich comes to the point. “Kauf Dich Glücklich”: directly translated that means “Shopping makes you happy”.
The salesroom is simple, white, small, angular, but not confusing, just focusing on clothes and accessories. Staff members are very helpful, friendly and tell you if the clothes you wear do not fit. But a good seller tells you what you want to hear. And to be honest, if a beautiful girl tells me that the pants look good on me, I buy them. That’s an unwritten law.
They have their own collection called “glücklich”, some common brands and some brands I haven’t heard of before. But this should please fashion bloggers. What counts is that I like the offered clothes and that they are affordable. A very good and welcome alternative to a big Scandinavian fashion label, just in case you don’t want to wear clothes everyone has.
My conclusion: be cooler than a hipster.
