Everything started in the late 80ies on a farm estate southeast of Munich: “Gut Hermannsdorf” in village Glonn step by step offered sausages, meat, bread, cheese, beer etc grown and produced in this region. The philosophy: Quality is based on sustainable growth and breed.
RESPECT THE CATTLE. This is the central mission of Herrmannsdorfer and also the reason their products are organic, ethically produced and last but not least: Delicious! By discovering old traditional recipes (which are not always compatible to industrial production) the small Herrmannsdorfer farm production brings the highest quality and unexpected flavor into apparently standard products like sausages.
Located on Munich’s most famous fresh market, the Viktualienmarkt, Herrmannsdorfer is perfect to provide a delicious Bavarian picnic called “Brotzeit” for a visit in one of the numerous beer gardens. Meanwhile other affiliates in Munich have opened, but the largest and most central store is next to Viktualienmarkt.
