Teaterplassen is in my opinion one of the best places to go if you can´t really decide what you´re up for. You can visit Evita (check the Evita article), Oscar´s pizza and Oslo Mekaniske Verksted (check the Oslo Mekaniske Verksted article)- all surrounding Teaterplassen. And you can have sushi. Wonderful sushi.
Le Meo Sushi is a simple restaurant, nothing fancy at all. But the restaurant is cosy, and it has a very nice area outside, mixed in between all the other cafés and restaurants around. It is cheap, and very good value for what you´re paying!
You can order today´s sushi in different sizes, or mix your own menu from a selection of sushi and maki. There are continuous traffic for take-away, but I have never seen the restaurant crowded. If you eat in, you still go to the desk to place your order and pay. They serve soft-drinks, beer and wine.
Even though you rarely need to really cool down in Norway: I appreciate the ice-cold water they serve from ice-cold glasses kept in the fridge!
