Ever wanted to give friends and loved ones a dinner experience at home they will rave over and never forget? Well, look to Takú and you’ll be telling me thank you.
You don’t go to Takú to eat sushi, Takú comes to you. That’s right! Takú caters meals for special occasions such as birthdays, confirmations, business events or just because you would really like to spoil yourselves in your own home with an unforgettable sushi experience. Hell, why not go 50 shades of sushi with your significant other?
The whole concept of Takú sushi is an ongoing labor of love. The master chef behind it, Arne Austbø, has been travelling the world to expand his sushi skills shortly ever since he began learning the art of sushi in Copenhagen in the year 2000. He does this because he loves it and you’ll love him for it.
Arne is a personal friend of mine and I’ve known him from before he set off on his culinary journey. I’ve been privileged to take part in a number of events where he has set the table with the fruits of the sea and his labor. Each and every time I’ve been thoroughly sated and in awe of his tasty compositions. He truly is an artist.
Takú does have a physical address and that’s where Arne holds sushi-making courses. So if you would like to learn or think someone dear to you would love a sushi course as a gift, don’t hesitate to contact Takú.
