After a long week at work, followed by a couple of drinks, I often find myself being tugged towards the idea of a delicious pizza at Caffe Concerto.
My Italian colleague was first recommended this place several years ago by a fellow Italian and I can see why. In this small, cosy restaurant you can expect a wonderfully warm welcome from their staff and a delicious meal where you can lazily eat, drink and chit-chat until closing time, which inevitably means at least one round of Limoncello.
The offering is your typical antipasti, salads, pasta dishes and pizzas, served up speedily and with a smile.
I know that finding a place to eat in Paris, especially in the buzzing centre during a shopping marathon can be overpriced, at times unfriendly and stressful, so I’d highly recommend you try out their aubergine pizza next time you’re feeling peckish in the Opera neighbourhood!
