En attendant l’or – Aveyron cuisine on a Thursday

If you are looking to eat some traditional French cuisine, if you love cheese and meat and, even more, if it is a Thursday evening, then go to En attendant l’or. This restaurant serves typical French food: boeuf bourguignon (Beef stew with potatoes and carrots), Magret de canard (duck), Burger au foie gras and so on.

On Thursday evening, you can discover the other face of this place, specialized in all food from Aveyron (region in the center/south west of France) with a night called “Accordéon, paille et aligot” meaning accordion, straw and Aligot, which is mashed potatoes with a lot of cheese, served directly from the pan to your plate!

With their menu you can have a meal, a dessert and a glass of wine (or beer) for around € 21 or € 23 if you go for the Thursday special. A bargain and it’s good!

They serve food all day long, special mention for their dessert after a glass of wine in the area. They also have a brunch buffet brunch on Sundays.
